Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At Cookie & Soul Co. all orders are handcrafted and shipped with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.
However your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at angenette.burns@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right — either a replacement or store credit.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the package has shipped
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after May 6th as baking begins immediately after the order deadline
