SHIPPING POLICY

Cookie & Soul Co. ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail using flat rate packaging with an average delivery window of 2–3 business days.

Order Deadlines: Order deadlines vary by occasion and will be clearly posted on our website and social media. Please check the current deadline before placing your order to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after the posted deadline may be fulfilled at our discretion but delivery by the occasion date cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of the order deadline. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the product price. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages: Once a package is handed to USPS, Cookie & Soul Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Angenette.Burns@gmail.com with a photo and we will make it right.
